During the period 22 September thru 30 September 2010 NVAHOF Director Thornton D. "TD" Barnes and a group of engineers, pilots, and intelligence officers who participated in the CIA Project Oxcart at Groom Lake, Nevada conducted symposium panels at various agencies in Washington to educate the work force, public and guests regarding the recently declassified project. These photos are a part of NVAHOF's efforts to provide material for students, historians, authors, and the public for use in recording the legacy of these Cold War veterans of the Battle Born State of Nevada.
